Bolletje B.V. has a long history in baking. The foundation of this family business was laid in 1867.
The following products are manufactured at three production sites in Holland: the rusks, breakfast cakes, salted sticks (also with filling), children and toddlers biscuits, luxury chocolate biscuits, various types of bread, such as rye bread and German rye bread, the knackebrod, American bagels and pitas in different sizes and flavors. The export share is approximately 25% of our total sales. Most of the products are being sold under private label.

Bachman Bakeries boasts over 140 years' experience in the bakery industry. We are a division of Bolletje BV. It is apparent from our quality control systems, which are certified according to BRC and IFS standards that quality has a high priority at Bachman Bakeries. Our bakeries are also certified for production of Organic products: pita and Knackebrod.
