We (Yolanda and Fred de Leeuw)
started approximately 30 years ago in trading truffles.
In the beginning as a hobby, because originally we are butchers.
Where other butchers started selling pet food and coffee filters
next to meat, we have chosen for products of a higher level,
among them truffles.
By accident we came into contact with the house Urbani,
by far the biggest in the world in truffles.
And via a typical “top down” movement we arrived at a situation,
that one must do his utmost to find truffles in the Netherlands
that did not pass our hands.

Mushroom and summer truffles sauce
The combination of the summer truffle and the field mushroom, cooked in the old manner of “Urbani House”, in olive-oil with a touch of garlic, salt and pepper, has given life to the most sold products in the entire truffled range. There’s no danger of making a mistake: the sauce is ready and perfect, its black colour will stand out on every dish, you simply have to add it to pasta, grilled meat, to the classical roast-beef, to grilled and boiled fish to have an unbeatable result.

Black truffle Drops
Olive oil to the black truffle aroma Following the big success obtained from our first olive oil to the white truffle, we have wanted to add a new aspect to a product that is so essential for our gastronomical culture: the new aspect is the winter black truffle, the renowned tuber melanosporum Vitt, which gives this oil the pecularity of a known and unmistakeable fragrance. It’s ideal on spaghetti, for meat and also nice and simple toasted bread, it’s a priceless substitute to the real black truffle used in all typical recipes.
